Jet Airways will launch services under the Centre’s regional connectivity scheme, Udan, from June 14, with the first flight to be operated on the Lucknow-Allahabad-Patna sector. The company will fly services three times a week on the Lucknow-Allahabad-Patna sector with an ATR aircraft.

The company had bagged four routes in the second round of the bidding in January, in which a total of 325 routes were awarded to various firms, including helicopter services providers.

Jet Airways is India’s premier international airline, which operates flights to India and overseas. The company’s robust domestic India network spans the length and breadth of the country covering metro cities, state capitals and emerging destinations.
