Amara Raja Batteries has reported results for the fourth quarter and year ended March 31, 2018.
The company has reported a rise of 10.70% in its net profit at Rs 109.80 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2018 as compared to Rs 99.19 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company has increased by 5.07% at Rs 1,604.44 crore for quarter under review as compared to Rs 1,526.99 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2017.
For the year ended March 31, 2018, the company has posted a fall of 1.50% in its net profit at Rs 471.32 crore as compared to Rs 478.49 crore for the same period in the previous year. However, total income of the company increased by 4.46% at Rs 6,299.35 crore for year under review as compared to Rs 6,030.63 crore for the period ended March 31, 2017.
