In compliance with Regulation 57 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, IDFC Bank has submitted a certificate confirming timely payment of Interest amount for the securities which were due on May 19, 2018 and May 21, 2018. This is to certify that an amount of Rs 1,05,44,33,580.00 in total towards Interest has been paid on May 19, 2018 and May 21, 2018 for private placement bonds of IDFC Bank Limited (as in the attachment).
