Future Retail has executed a Business Transfer Agreement with Foodworld Supermarkets (FSPL) and ultimate promoters of FSPL for acquisition of Retail Business Undertaking operated under brand name ‘Foodworld’ of FSPL (Foodworld Business). The consideration for acquisition of Foodworld Business of FSPL would be paid in cash.
Future Retail offers food and grocery categories, fresh fruits and vegetables, meat and poultry, dairy products, staples, FMCG and processed foods, electronics and appliances, clothing and footwear, furniture and furnishing, and other household articles.
