Fineotex Chemical’s Malaysian subsidiary - Fineotex Malaysia has acquired majority interest in the operating units which manufacture and trade in specialty chemicals. Recently in July, Fineotex Chemical had incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary in Malaysia to carry on the business in that region. The company was in the advance stage of negotiating with foreign parties for investing in business in and around Malaysia.
Fineotex Chemical manufactures and trades in Specialty Chemicals and Enzymes for Textile and Garment Industry, Construction Industry, Leather Industry, Water Treatment Industry, Paint Industry Agrochemicals, Adhesives and others. It currently has its manufacturing facilities situated at Mahape in Navi Mumbai.
