PNC Infratech firms up on emerging lowest bidder for project worth Rs 1,157 crore

PNC Infratech is currently trading at Rs. 172.85, up by 4.55 points or 2.70% from its previous closing of Rs. 168.30 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 168.30 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 173.45 and Rs. 168.30 respectively. So far 1715 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 228.40 on 26-Dec-2017 and a 52 week low of Rs. 130.00 on 12-Sep-2017.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 178.50 and Rs. 159.15 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 4317.55 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 56.07%, while institutions and non-institutions held 27.37% and 16.56% respectively.

PNC Infratech has been declared the L1 (lowest) bidder for a National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) project of 55.7 km length for long four laning of Challakere to Hariyur section of NH 150 A, from km 358.50 to 414.205 in the state of Karnataka under Bharatmala Pariyojna to be executed on Hybrid Annuity Mode for a Bid Project Cost of Rs 1,157 crore.

The project is to be constructed in 24 months and operated for 15 years post construction. This is the seventh Hybrid Annuity highway project secured by the company so far.
