Shalimar Paints is exploring different ways to raise funds including investment from third parties or strategic stockholder to improve the performance of the company. The company is facing financial crisis after a major fire broke out at the company’s Nasik Plant in November 2016.

Earlier, the company had planned to raise capital up to Rs 300 crore funds through rights issue.

Shalimar Paints is one of the leading paints manufacturing companies in India. The Company has a wide product range in both Architectural and Industrial sectors.
