Subros’ board has given approval for the closure of its non-operational Wholly Owned Subsidiary (WOS) in Thailand, Thai Subros. Thai Subros is not a material subsidiary and there are no revenues or income from the company for the past three years.
Subros is a leading manufacturer of automotive air conditioning systems and thermal products for automotive applications in India. The company has also been supplying cab mounted HVAC Units to Indian Railways for Driver Cabin application.
