KNR Constructions surges on bagging project worth Rs 1144.50 crore

KNR Construction is currently trading at Rs. 295.00, up by 3.85 points or 1.32% from its previous closing of Rs. 291.15 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 314.95 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 315.00 and Rs. 294.80 respectively. So far 32816 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 348.80 on 27-Dec-2017 and a 52 week low of Rs. 194.45 on 11-Aug-2017.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 315.00 and Rs. 288.10 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 4155.94 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 55.38%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 31.87% and 12.75% respectively.

KNR Constructions has bagged Hybrid Annuity Projects (HAM) with bid project cost of Rs 1144.50 crore from Karnataka State Highways Improvement Project (KSHIP), Government of Karnataka for the work of KSHIP3-ADB II-CW-ITB-Package 2 ‘Two Laning with Paved Shoulders of Magadi to near Somwarpeth, 166 Km in the State of Karnataka with a concession period of 9 years including construction period of 2 years from the appointed date.

KNR Construction is a multi domain infrastructure project development company providing (EPC) engineering, procurement and construction services across various fast growing sectors namely roads & highways, irrigation and urban water infrastructure management.
