Gayatri Projects has informed that the company has been declared as L-1 bidder for Development of Purvanchal Expressway Value at Rs 1111.03 Crore and Construction of Access Controlled Nagpur Mumbai Super Communication Expressway Maharashtra Samruddhi Mahamarg in the State of Maharashtra value at Rs1393.90 Crore. Further, as per Company’s Code of Conduct of Prevention of insider trading and pursuant to Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended, the trading window for Directors/KMPs/Officers/Designated employees covered under Gayatri Projects Code of conduct for prevention of Insider Trading is already closed till June 01, 2018, and shall continue to remain closed till June 05, 2018.
