Future Retail has completed acquisition of the Retail Business Undertaking operated under the brand name ‘Foodworld’ from Foodworld Supermarkets (FSPL). For acquisition of Foodworld Business, the Business Transfer Agreement and other related documents were executed between the company, FSPL and erstwhile Promoters of FSPL.
Future Retail offers food and grocery categories, fresh fruits and vegetables, meat and poultry, dairy products, staples, FMCG and processed foods, electronics and appliances, clothing and footwear, furniture and furnishing, and other household articles.
