Kaycee Industries has received approval from National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Mumbai Bench, for Scheme of Arrangement between the company and RDJ Constructions and their respective shareholders and creditors. The said Scheme of Arrangement has become effective from June 02, 2018.
