Narayana Hrudayalaya (NHL) has transferred its 100% shareholding in one of its subsidiary Narayan Holdings (NHPL), Mauritius to its subsidiary Narayana Cayman Holdings (NCHL), Cayman. Due to strategic reasons, NHL and NCHL Board resolved to sell and purchase the stake held by NHL in NHPL, where NHL will be selling 100% stake to NCHL.
NHPL a Company incorporated in Mauritius is a wholly-owned subsidiay of NHL. Narayana Cayman Holdings (NCHL) is also a wholly owned subsidiary of NHL, incorporated in Cayman island in the year 2010.
