Anup Malleables has informed that the Company has received a letter from Ashok Khaitan, forming part of the Promoter Group of the Company, to consider the voluntary delisting of the Company from the BSE and the Calcutta Stock Exchange (CSE) i.e., both the Stock Exchanges where the equity shares of the Company are listed. In this regard, the Company has informed that in lieu of the aforesaid letter a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on June 13, 2018 to consider the prospects of voluntary delisting of the Company from both the BSE and CSE.
