Patel Integrated Logistics has informed that the Company will submit quarterly/year to date standalone financial results only during the financial year 2018-19 and not opts to additionally submit quarterly /year to date consolidated financial results. However the Company will submit annual audited consolidated financial results along with annual Standalone audited financial results. This intimation being given pursuant to Regulation 33(3) (b) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
