Setco Automotive has informed that the remuneration committee of the board of directors of the company at its meeting held on July 05, 2012 allotted 4,522 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each under the company’s Employee Stock Option Plan, 2010. The said 4,522 shares shall rank pari passu with the existing equity shares of the company in all respects.
Consequent to the said allotment, the equity share capital of the company stands increased from Rs. 177,160,210 divided into 17,716,021 equity shares of face value Rs. 10 each to Rs. 177,205,430 divided into 17,720,543 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each.
