Innovative Tech Pack is merging out a unit of its subsidiary firm in Gujarat region through way of Slump Purchase Agreement at the cost of Rs 7.50 crore, along with all Plant & Machinery, Land and building on Going Concern Basic with all its employees having assets base around Rs 12 crore.
The said unit presently is mainly engaged in manufacturing of plastic crates for Nilkamal India and the said unit had achieved turnover in the last financial year of Rs 21 crore.
Innovative Tech Pack is engaged in the manufacturing and marketing of PET (Polyethylene Terephthalate) and PP (Polypropylene) plastic products. It manufactures PET bottles, jars, and caps at its manufacturing plant located in the Mewat district of Haryana.
