In compliance with Regulation 57 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Bank has submitted a certificate confirming timely payment of Interest amount for the securities which were due on June 12, 2018. This is to certify that an amount of Rs 277,614,000.00 in total towards Interest has been paid on June 12, 2018 for the private placement bonds of IDFC Bank.
