Netlink Solutions (India) has received an approval for Letter of Intent (LoI) containing proposal for sale of 100% rights and ownership of the Exhibition business containing ‘Stationery & Write Show, Corporate Gift Show and Houseware and Kitchenware Show’ to Messe Frankfurt Trade Fairs India (Buyer). Another proposal in LoI is that the company would be entitled to 30% share of profits from 2023 exhibition onwards till the company decides to sale the remaining 30% profit entitlements. The Board of Directors of the company accepted and approved the same.
