Mount Shivalik Industries has informed that the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal, New Delhi Bench -III, New Delhi (NCLT), vide an order dated 12th June, 2018 has admitted the reference for initiation of Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) in respect of the Company under Section 7 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 (IBC).By the said Order dated 12th June, 2018, Pratibha Khandelwal (IP Registration No. IBBI/IPA-002/IP-N00031/2016-17/10068) has been appointed as an Interim Resolution Professional (IRP) under the provisions of IBC.
