Acrysil has decided its capital expenditure plan of around Rs 10 crore for FY 2018-19. The investment is for expansion of capacities to manufacture Quartz Sinks by 100,000 units per annum.
The capex is brownfield in nature and will involve investments in moulds, plant & machinery and Building. Post the expansion, total capacity to manufacture Quartz Sinks will be around 500,000 units per annum. The capex is to be funded through mix of debt and equity.
Acrysil is a small company but enjoys a virtual monopoly in the organized Kitchen Sink business.
