In continuation to the intimation made by the Company on 14.06.2018 under heading Outcome of Board Meeting, BS has informed that the date of Annual General Meeting of the members of the Company which was scheduled to be held on July 12, 2018, is being postponed due to unavoidable circumstances till further notice. Further, Book Closure & cut-off date will accordingly change. The Company shall intimate the re-scheduled Annual General Meeting date shortly.
