Jet Airways spurts on taking delivery of maiden 737 Max aircraft

Jet Airways is currently trading at Rs. 382.95, up by 1.75 points or 0.46% from its previous closing of Rs. 381.20 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 381.60 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 388.65 and Rs. 381.40 respectively. So far 206680 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 883.65 on 05-Jan-2018 and a 52 week low of Rs. 376.60 on 24-May-2018.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 399.00 and Rs. 378.10 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 4343.96 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 51.00%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 16.77% and 32.23% respectively.

Jet Airways has taken the delivery of its maiden 737 Max aircraft out of the 150 on order from Boeing. The new 737 Max is a critical element to the company’s future growth strategy and the company is the first domestic airline to induct this brand new airplane.
