KP Energy has incorporated a second project specific Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) in name of VG DTL Transmission Projects registered with Registrar of Companies, Gujarat with effect from May 28, 2018, for Wind Power Projects at Kutch, Gujarat.
This SPV is wholly owned subsidiary of KP Energy with effect from June 21, 2018.
KP Energy provides complete solutions from concept till completion of the project life-cycle of a Wind Project. The activities covered are Siting of Wind-farms, Lands & Permits acquisition, EPCC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction & Commissioning) of Wind Project Infrastructure etc.
