Parsvnath Developers has acquired 4,90,000 Class A Shares and 1,00,000 Class B Shares from Anuradha SA Investments LLC, Mauritius and 87,51,000 Series A fully convertible debentures from Anuradha Ventures, Cyprus, of Parsvnath Buildwell (PBPL), a subsidiary company and SPV for implementing a premium residential project namely ‘Parsvnath Exotica’ in Ghaziabad in the state of Uttar Pradesh.
Parsvnath Developers has diversified portfolio, which includes, integrated townships, group housing, commercial complexes, hotels, IT parks, among others.
