Exide Industries has entered into an 'Asset Purchase Agreement' with Tudor India towards acquisition of its immovable assets (admeasuring 64,470 sq. mts.) and movable assets of its factory situated at Kamalpur, Taluka Prantij, District Sabarkantha in Gujarat. The said transaction is expected to complete within a month.
