Godrej Properties is reportedly planning to focus on the top four cities and way out from others cities in over a period of time. The four regions in which company plans to concentrate for future growth are Delhi-National Capital Region (NCR), Pune, Bengaluru and Mumbai.
The company plans to complete its projects in cities like Chennai, Ahmedabad and Kolkata but will not invest any more in them.
