Lumax Finance has brought 2,000 equity shares of Lumax Industries for an amount of Rs 42.62 lakh through open market purchase on June 20, 2018. After this deal, the holding stake of the entity in the company has increased from 4,76,666 equity shares or 5.10% to 4,78,666 equity shares or 5.12%.
Lumax Industries offers a wide array of complete automobile lighting systems and solutions, which includes; stellar quality Head Lamps and Tail Lamps, Sundry and Auxiliary Lamps and other related products.
