Tide Water Oil Company (India) has informed that in terms of Company's Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders, the Trading Window for purchase / sale / dealing in the shares of the Company in any manner will be closed from 1st July, 2018 for Designated Employees (and their Immediate Relatives).
