IDFC has informed about Allotment & Share Transfer Committee met today and allotted 3750 fully paid up equity shares of Rs 10 each of IDFC Limited in terms of the IDFC ESOS- 2016 (ESOS Scheme). Further, the ESOS scheme is in compliance with the SEBI (Share Based Employee Benefits) Regulations, 2014. The total money realized by exercise of the aforesaid options is Rs 162750. Post allotment as above, the Equity Share Capital of the Company stands increased to 1,59,63,58,316 equity shares of Rs 10 each aggregating to Rs 15,96,35,83,160.
