Sobha has reported sales bookings worth Rs 762.4 crore during the first quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 623.4 crore in the year-ago period, registering a growth of 22.29%.
Besides, the company sold 9,60,085 square feet area during April-June quarter of this fiscal, up 17.76% from 8,15,230 square feet in the same period of last financial year.
Sobha is one of the fastest growing and foremost backward integrated real estate players in the country. It primarily focuses on residential and contractual projects.
