Lemon Tree Hotels moves up on opening new hotel in Goa

Lemon Tree Hotels is currently trading at Rs. 73.05, up by 0.60 points or 0.83% from its previous closing of Rs. 72.45 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 72.35 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 74.20 and Rs. 72.35 respectively. So far 10349 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 91.00 on 23-Apr-2018 and a 52 week low of Rs. 57.30 on 09-Apr-2018.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 77.30 and Rs. 71.85 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 5744.74 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 31.07%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 53.74% and 15.20% respectively.

Lemon Tree Hotels has opened a hotel under brand name ‘Red Fox Hotel’ in Morjim, Goa on July 8, 2018. This is economy segment hotel is located just near to Morjim Beach and will offer 111 stylish rooms.

With opening of this, the hotel operates 50 hotels including managed properties across 31 cities.

Lemon Tree Hotels is India’s largest hotel chain in the mid-priced hotel sector, and the third largest overall, on the basis of controlling interest in owned and leased rooms, as of June 30, 2017.
