Further, the Company has decided that the 'Trading Window' of the Company shall remain closed with immediate effect and will re-open at 9:00 AM on August 10, 2018 in accordance with the 'Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading' as adopted by the Company in compliance of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
