As a part of its diversification plan, Kamdhenu Ispat is shortly venturing into the Roofing Sheets business through franchisee business model.
At present, the company is engaged in manufacturing of international quality Steel Bars in India. The company’s manufacturing plants are fully automated for hot rolling and fine twisting techniques and use proper quenching processes for TMT technology.
On standalone basis, the company posted a rise of 93.94% in its net profit at Rs 1.28 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2012 as compared to Rs 0.66 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income increased by 37.95% at Rs 134.61 crore for quarter under review as compared to Rs 97.58 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2011.
