Andhra Pradesh Paper Mills has informed that the board of directors of the company at its meeting held on July 13, 2012, has noted the resignation of Shreeyash Bangur, director with effect from July 12, 2012 and accepted the resignations of Paul Brown, executive chairman and P K Suri, director (Operations) with effect from the close of the Board meeting of July 13, 2012.
Further, the board appointed W. Michael Amick Jr., Michael Baymiller and Kenneth P Huelskamp as additional directors of the company with effect from the close of board meeting of July 13, 2012 and W. Michael Amick Jr. will also act as executive chairman for a period of five years from the date of assuming charge.
