In Compliance of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, Bank Of India has informed that the Government of India vide their notification dated 13th July, 2018, in exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of sub-section (3) of section 9 of The Banking Companies (Acquisition and Transfer of Undertakings) Act, 1970, has nominated Dakshita Das, Additional Secretary, Government of India, Ministry of Finance, Department of Financial Services as Government nominee Director on the Board of Directors of Bank of India, with immediate effect and until further orders, vice Girish Chandra Murmu.
