Poddar Housing and Development has acquired a land parcel admeasuring in the aggregate about 5800 Sq Mt situated at Dhayari village in Pune. The company is proposing to do a residential housing project at the same and which will have a salable area of around 1.40 lakh sq ft. With the said acquisition of the land, the company is expanding its geographical presence from MMRDA region to other metro cities.
