Pursuant to Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015, SJVN has informed that a Meeting of the Board of Directors is scheduled to be held on Friday, 03rd August, 2018, to consider and approve the Financial Results of the Company for the First Quarter ending 30th June, 2018. Further as per the Company’s internal Code of Conduct for regulating and reporting trading by insiders and for fair disclosure, 2015, the trading window will be closed for the aforesaid purpose with effect from 23rd July, 2018 and shall remain closed till 05th August, 2018.
