Shalby has informed about revised audited standalone and consolidated financial results for quarter and year ended March 31, 2018 with minor changes resolving the discrepancies raised by National Stock Exchange of lndia Limited. The said rectification has been carried out for some inadvertent technical error as well as regrouping of some of the items as it has implemented Ind AS first time in the Company. There is no material alteration in audited financial results submitted on May 7, 2018.
