Reliance Power reports 3% rise in Q1 consolidated net profit

Reliance Power has reported results for first quarter ended June 30, 2018.

The company has reported a net loss of Rs 3.86 crore for the quarter under review as compared to net profit of Rs 17.07 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company decreased marginally by 0.43% at Rs 154.09 crore for Q1FY19 as compared Rs 154.75 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

On the consolidated basis, the company has reported a rise of 2.81% in its net profit at Rs 237.33 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 230.85 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. However, total consolidated income of the company decreased by 13.87% at Rs 2370.55 crore for Q1FY19 as compared Rs 2752.32 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
