IMP Powers has commenced production/assembly of 'Kinetic Energy Turbines' in Silvassa, under the Licensing Agreement of SHP Germany. These 5 kW turbines are the answer to base load generation in India. With the successful launch of 20 kW pilot project in NLC last year, IMP has launched 3 types of Turbines in India.
NLC ‘4 X5 kW Hydro Kinetic Project’ commissioned in Oct. 2017, is a unique project and consists of 4 units of Kinetic Energy Turbine with 5 kW each powered by running water coming from cooling towers of Thermal Power plant and generated power is fed to the grid.
