In terms of Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the Listing Regulations, Noida Toll Bridge Company has informed that the Annual Report for Financial Year 2017-18 containing notice of 22nd Annual General Meeting of the Company scheduled to be held on Tuesday, August 14, 2018 at 9:00 am at its registered office at Toll Plaza, Mayur Vihar Link Road, New Delhi-110091, sent to all the Shareholders, Directors and Statutory Auditors of the Company. Further, pursuant to Section 91 of the Companies Act 2013 and Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company shall remain closed from August 11, 2018 to August 14, 2018 for the purpose of 22nd Annual General Meeting of the Company.
