In terms of Regulation 42 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015, Mallcom (India) has clarified that the revised date for closure of Register of Member and Share Transfer Book of the Company is from Tuesday, 21st August, 2018 to Monday 27th August, 2018 for taking record of the members of the Company for the purpose of 34th AGM and Monday, 20th August, 2018 for payment of dividend for the FY 2017-18, if declared at 34th AGM. The dividend, if declared at the 34th AGM will be paid to the members within 30 days of declaration of the same.
