Narayana Hrudayalaya’s wholly owned step down subsidiary -- Narayana Holdings (NHPL), Mauritius has incorporated a company in Bangladesh namely ‘NH Health Bangladesh’ on July 22, 2018.
NHPL, Mauritius holds 99.99% of the share capital of the newly incorporated company in Bangladesh while the balance is held by a Director of NHPL.
