Pursuant to Regulation 29 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Bank Of India has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Bank will be held on Tuesday, 31st July, 2018, to consider and approve, Unaudited (Reviewed) Financial Results of the Bank for the quarter ended 30th June 2018. Further in terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, the trading window shall remain closed from 24th July, 2018 to 2nd August, 2018 in view of the aforesaid board meeting.
