Celebrity Fashions has informed that in accordance with the Company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading and pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed from the close of the trading hours on 24th July, 2018 till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter ended 30th June, 2018. Accordingly, all the designated persons (including dependants and relatives as per code) are intimated not to enter into any transaction involving the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of trading window.
