In compliance with Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, SJVN has informed that Ministry of Power vide its order No.20/08/2016-Coord (Pt-V)I dated 30th July, 2018 has appointed Aniruddha Kumar, Joint Secretary (Hydro), Ministry of Power as part time Government Nominee Director on the Board of the Company in place of Archana Agrawal, the erstwhile Joint Secretary (Hydro) with immediate effect i.e., from 30th July, 2018 till the date of superannuation or till further orders, whichever is earlier.
