Jaiprakash Power Ventures has reported results for first quarter ended June 30, 2018.

The company has reported net profit of Rs 4.14 crore for the quarter under review as against net loss of Rs 19.02 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. However, total income of the company decreased marginally by 0.84% at Rs 1,090.13 crore for Q1FY19 as compared Rs 1,099.31 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

Jaiprakash Power Ventures is an Indian power company. It plans, develops, implements and operates power projects in India. It currently operates the largest hydroelectric power plant in the private sector in India.
