Shalby has informed that the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held Monday, August 13, 2018, to approve and take on record the unaudited standalone financial results of the Company for quarter ended June 30, 2018. Further pursuant to the Code of Conduct of the Company under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed for all directors, designated persons and other officials covered under the code, from Tuesday, August 7, 2018 till the expiry of 48 hours from the date the said financial results are made public.
