KLG Systel receives approval for restructuring of debts under CDR

KLG Systel has received corporate debt restructuring cell’s approval for the proposal of admission of restructuring of the company’s debts under CDR mechanism. The Corporate Debt Restructuring Cell, Mumbai vide its latter dated July 22, 2011, which was received by the company on August 4,2011 not only approved the proposal but also classified the company as 'Class A' borrower.

KLG Systel is engaged in business of offering technology solutions for the different stages of the 'life cycle' of any large organisation. The company offers its services to clients namely BPCL, GAIL, IRCON International, Mazagon Dock, Tata Iron & Steel Company, Steel Authority of India, BHEL, HUL, Chambal Fertilizers, Glaxo Smithkline, Power Grid, Punj Llyod, IOCL, Nestle, Reliance Industries, Larsen & Toubro, Hindustan Construction Company and many more.
